Kelley E.B. Senkowski
Executive Director
My
experience is one of business ownership, along with breathing new life
into non-profit organizations through process and program development,
restructuring of the organizations, marketing alignment and
administration consulting. As a small business owner, I have had to
fill many roles from sales to operations management and marketing
program development.
My background
includes leadership roles in local, regional and statewide non-profit
organizations. Case in point, in the role of President of the Michigan
Alliance for Gifted Education I created a new marketing plan, recruited
organization talent, revamped the vision statement and recreated the
marketing image including the website. For another organization, Pray
America, I have created the short-term mission team procedures and
processes, as well as updated the website content, coordinated fund
raising events, created presentations and administered processes.
I
earned my Bachelor of Science degree from Oakland University in
Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing and a minor
in International Management.
I am active in my church in which I co-lead an Adoption Support Group and the Community Development - Guatemala Lead positions. I am also a board member and Past President of the Michigan Alliance for Gifted Education. I also participant on the Early College Credit Earning Opportunity (ECCEO) Advisory board under the Michigan Department of Education.
